Menu ☰ Water is the one essential in life - CLEAN Water! Due to privatisation and lack of investment over many years, Britain now has the worst water system it's had in decades. In fact, according to the Environmental Audit Committee, the quality of English waterways is now the worst in Europe. We all need and want clean water and a clean natural environment, so we need to turn that around. We're adding our support to the Great Clean Up petition on change.org. The petition has several tagets, including:

1. Getting a nation plan in place for all Water Authorities in England and Wales to be in good ecological and chemical condition by 2030.
2. Banning the payment of dividends by private water companies and re-nationalisation of the water & wastewater industries.
3. Take immediate action to cut pollution from agricultural, by banning new intensive animal farms.
4. Protect our natural aquatic spaces by enforcing high standards from all relevant controlling bodies.
